woke up at 10plus today
hv abit of sore throat and th pain on my back has not subsidise yet
i guess it's because tt i'm heaty
and not my slping position

actually today hving lunch at JP th,
but it has been changed to other days
since morning till now, i felt giddy
and despite drinking lots of water, it doesn help
and i was so worried about dear!
she nvr on9 at th time she usually does,
and when i called her house, no one picked up th phone
i was so worried la!
thn she on9 and told me tt she went jp to find me..><
saded.. nvr got to see her today..
tml nid to wake up at 3 or 4am
th run starts at 7.15
ending at about 8plus, reaching 9.
then after th run i'll be finding dear
and if i could make it..
